Shipping characteristics for purchases associated with this promotion:

- Shipments associated with purchases with free shipping will be sent by Correos Express agency.

Estimated time of shipment and delivery of these packages 1-2 working days since the merchandise is accepted by the agency (the reception of the packages by the agency will depend on the time of the order and if the article is in our central warehouse). As a general rule, in 70% of the cases, orders placed until 16:00 hours will be delivered within 24 hours, except for the Balearic Islands where the approximate transit time will be between 48/72 hours. The free shipments will only be applicable to National Peninsular and Balearic Islands, excluding the rest of the islands.

National shipments:

 

By NACEX agency -express delivery- PREMIUM 24h- service:

 

- By this agency will be able to deliver orders to National Peninsula and Balearic Islands  (excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).

- Deliveries within the peninsula to provincial populations will be made during the 1st working day. For the rest of the populations within the shipping and / or delivery time will be 24/48 hours (working days).

The shipping rate will be calculated in real time when the order is processed, and the rate will vary depending on the weight of the item added to the cart* in the shopping cart and the destination location data.

By default, most items weigh no more than 2kg (with the exception of boxes of batches of items, such as crates of 24 cans of balls, which weigh approximately 5kg).

By agency of CORREOS EXPRESS -service 24h/48h-:

 

- By this agency will be able to deliver parcel orders to National Peninsular and Canary and Balearic Islands.

- By this agency will be sent all orders over 50 € without cost to the customer except the exceptions mentioned at the beginning (boxes of tennis and paddle balls).

- The estimated shipping and / or delivery time to peninsular national level will be 1 or 2 days: working days since the agency collects the package until it is delivered to the recipient, not since the order is placed so it does not take into account the preparation time of the order that in 50% of cases is 1 day).

- Delivery time to the Balearic Islands 48h (2 working days after the package is admitted by the agency)

-Delivery time in Canary Islands 48h for Tenerife and Las Palmas de Gran Canarias (2 working days following the admission of the package by the agency in Gran Canarias) and 72h for the rest of Minor Canary Islands (3 working days following the Adminision in Gran Canarias). Due to customs issues, delivery could be extended by one more day.

The shipping costs for purchases under 50 € or shipments to the Canary Islands are as follows:

- Shipping cost within the peninsula: 4,5€.

- Shipping cost Balearic Islands: 7€.

- Shipping cost to the Canary Islands (excluding VAT):

 For the Canary Islands the shipping rate will be calculated in real time when processing the order, and this rate will vary depending on the weight of the item added in the cart* of the basket, the Canary Islands zip code.

- Once the shipment is processed by us with the postal agency, the customer will receive an email from [email protected] with the tracking number of that shipment. With this number the customer, from the Correos Express website, will be able to track the package and even make any modification regarding its delivery. The agency will notify the customer via SMS of the date and time of delivery and will also include a link that will allow the customer to contact the agency and/or modify the address or delivery date.

 

International delivery service

 

By NACEX agency (PREMIUM service):

 

- Delivery times for overseas shipments can vary from 4 to 7 days from the time the package is delivered to the logistics agency (except for Portugal which is delivered in 24/48 hours-only working days) and the cost will depend on the country of destination.

- Shipping costs:

Azores and Madeira up to 2kg = 46€, hasta 5kg = 70€

To France: from 15€

Rest of the countries: from 18 € 

 

 

By GLS agency:

 

- By this agency will be delivered all orders to Portugal and for the rest of European countries when the user chooses this shipping option.

- Delivery times vary from 5 to 10 days depending on the destination (except for Portugal which is delivered in 48/72 hours) and this period does not include the time of preparation of the order, this period refers to the time elapsed since the package is delivered to the agency until it reaches the recipient's home.

- The delivery times indicated above exclude island areas (islands) where delivery times and shipping costs are higher (please consult in advance before ordering).

 To other European countries. The shipping cost varies according to the total weight of the items added to the purchase and the country of destination. You can check the corresponding rate by placing an order without finalizing the purchase. The minimum cost for packages up to 2kg may range from 6.50 to 13 € depending on the country (check rates when placing the order).

Other considerations to take into account about rates and shipping periods

Free size change (only national peninsular and Balearic Islands). Valid only for all products that are not attached to any special promotion such as sales, blackdays, outlet. offer, labeled as such or in which they apply any promotional coupon. The shipping rates will apply to all orders whose chosen shipping method is home delivery and for all items or orders that do not qualify for the free shipping promotion (see section '7.' of the general terms and conditions). The free shipping will be valid for all those products that are associated with this promotion, either because the amount of the purchase volume exceeds 50 € or for any other condition of the purchase included and specified in the promotion 'free shipping' (see section '7.' of the general conditions). The free shipping will only apply to national peninsular and Balearic Islands. For orders from abroad, the corresponding rate for these areas will be applied (see rates indicated above or make an estimate of the shipping cost). Shipments under this promotion are associated with a 24h/48h shipping and will be managed by the agency Correos Express, except for orders to Portugal which will be managed by the agency GLS.

TenisWorldPadel reserves the right to temporarily modify the promotions related to 'free shipping'.

Cash on delivery shipments are subject to an additional charge of 4 € regardless of the place of destination of the goods. This form of payment will only be possible for home delivery orders, never for store pick up orders, and only and exclusively for national orders or shipments to Portugal (orders from other foreign countries are excluded from this form of payment).

The daily closing of online orders takes place from Monday to Friday until 16:00 hours and the delivery of the package at destination, depending on the geographical area, may take place until 19:00 hours (delivery day). Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays because the agencies do not ship on those days (only shipped on working days). In addition to national holidays, holidays in the town of Navalcarnero, where the online order management center is located, are September 8th (September 9th if the 8th falls on a Sunday) and May 15th. 

It is considered shipping and delivery of the package, the period elapsed since the transport agency collects the material ordered by the customer in our facilities (C / Camino de Villaviciosa, 8-Navalcarnero-Madrid) until this material is delivered at the address indicated by the customer in your order. The time of management and processing of the order is excluded from the shipping period. The order management period usually ranges between 1 or 2 working days depending on whether the material is in the central warehouses or in physical stores  

The delivery times indicated are approximate, and in any case TenisWorldPadel is not responsible for any delays that may occur during the receipt of the order.

TenisWorldPadel does not deliver orders on Saturdays and Sundays (except for in-store pick-ups that can be made on Saturdays as well). For parcel delivery, we work with several national and international agencies. NACEX and CORREOS EXPRESS at national level and GLS at international level. The shipment will be made by one or the other depending on the customer's choice when placing the order. From NACEX as a private courier company which is noteworthy for its reliability, speed and excellent service with which we deliver most of the parcels nationwide in 24/48 h. CORREOS EXPRESS also of excellent service and with which we cover most of the standard deliveries at national level. GLS dedicated company for shipments to Europe. The customer, depending on the shipping area, will have the option to view the agency by which the order will be delivered and even choose, in most cases (depending on the shipping areas), the agency that best suits your needs for cost or delivery time. Whether by one or the other agency, the customer will have the possibility to track the order by typing from the web, from one or another agency, the tracking code that we will provide. With this tracking you will be able to see in which geographical area your order is located and the possible missing points to reach its destination. Both by NACEX agency as by CORREOS EXPRESS or GLS, the package will be delivered at the address provided by the customer within the delivery times indicated above, provided that we have stock of the products ordered (90% of the products displayed are in stock in our online store and the remaining 10% in the warehouses of our physical stores). The shipping time will begin to count from the time the product leaves our warehouses, which does not have to coincide with the date of the order placed by the customer, and can range between 1 or 2 days, at most, from the time the order is placed until the product leaves our central warehouse. 50% of the products are located in our central warehouse and the other 50% in our other warehouses in the community of Madrid.

We do not make national shipments by Nacex to non-provincial islands, nor do we make shipments to foreign islands far from provinces. These shipments could be made by the most economical agency for the benefit of the customer that comes to be the agency of Correos but we do not give service to all the islands (consult previously).

TenisWorldPadel continues to work every day to offer the best logistics service so that soon, our customers can choose from more shipping alternatives in order to make the purchase easier and more advantageous as possible.

The possible customs expenses will always be paid by the customer and refer to the import customs costs that are not included in the order that appears on the web (see information about shipments to the Canary Islands)

For those orders that are rejected by customers upon delivery of the package at the address indicated by them, having fulfilled the company (www.tenisworldpadel.com - WTPADEL, S.L.) with all the general conditions of sale and as indicated in this document, the customer will be responsible for the costs of shipping, not being refundable such costs in the return of the order or being able to claim in any case for these concepts.

In cases where the shipment is not refused by the customer, but had not attended the delivery of the package made by the agency, even despite the warnings and / or notifications issued by the same agency via SMS and phone calls regarding the delivery, the consequences would be the same as in case of refusal of shipment. If the customer does not attend the delivery of the package this package is deposited in the logistics center of Correos Express corresponding to the area of destination of the customer waiting for new orders or indications for delivery and if, after 10 days, the post office does not receive new indications from the customer, the package is returned to the warehouses of the sender (TenisWorldPadel). The customer in this case will not be able to demand the reimbursement of the cost of shipping and / or return. In addition, in these cases, the customer will not be able to demand that we send the product again at zero cost, having to pay the new shipping cost in case he/she is still interested in receiving the order. 

The stock of items is limited and its appearance on the web does not imply immediate availability. In case of unavailability of a requested item, TenisWorldPadel will contact you to inform you of the delay in receiving your order. The stocks that appear on the web are from tenisworldpadel.com.

TenisWorldPadel guarantees the confidentiality of the personal data provided in your orders.

Claims for undelivered orders: Once informed of the shipment of your order, if you do not receive it within the deadlines indicated above, you can contact us and we will immediately make a claim to the carrier. Once we receive the response to the claim we will contact you to see alternatives and provide a solution as soon as possible.
