Owner: WTPADEL, S.L. (hereinafter, THE COMPANY), with registered address at C/ Camino de Villaviciosa, 8, 28600 Navalcarnero, Madrid (Spain). Contact: info@tenisworldpadel.com.

These terms govern the purchase of products through www.tenisworldpadel.com and are binding on THE COMPANY and the Customer from the moment the Customer places an order, thereby accepting these terms.

1. Parties and purpose of the contract

The Customer is any user who places an order and expressly accepts it during the purchase process, providing the mandatory data (name, tax ID/VAT number where applicable, billing and delivery addresses, phone number and email address). The purpose of this contract is the delivery of the products published on the website in exchange for the price stated on each product page.

2. Offer process and pricing

Each product page includes a description, technical specifications and final price including VAT. The price and shipping costs may vary depending on destination, payment method and shipping method; the cart allows these costs to be calculated before confirming the order. Images are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly match the product due to variations in fabric or lighting. Customs charges (except for the Canary Islands) are always borne by the Customer and are not included on the invoice.

For products with a different price for "in-store pickup", the Customer must select the corresponding store at checkout. THE COMPANY may cancel orders where misuse of this option is detected in order to obtain free home delivery.

3. Order acceptance

The contract is formalized by clicking "Place order". The Customer receives an initial confirmation by email; the order is not considered definitively accepted until the data and payment have been verified, at which point a second email confirming the "processing" status is sent. If there are errors in the data or payment is not completed, THE COMPANY will contact the Customer; if no response is received, the order will be moved to "cancelled" status.

4. Payment methods

The Customer may pay by bank transfer, credit card (secure payment gateway with SSL protocol and 3D Secure), cash on delivery (a €5 surcharge applies to orders up to €200, available only for home deliveries within mainland Spain), Bizum or PayPal (including interest-free payment in 3 installments). THE COMPANY may add or remove these payment options at any time.

Products are reserved only once payment has been effectively confirmed. Bank transfers must be completed within 3 calendar days of placing the order; if not received within this period, the order will be automatically cancelled.

To request an invoice, the Customer must contact info@tenisworldpadel.com providing their tax ID/VAT number. For intra-EU businesses, the system verifies the VAT number against VIES and applies the corresponding VAT exemption.

5. Product availability and sourcing

Once an order is placed, THE COMPANY checks availability in its own warehouse or with suppliers. If a product is unavailable, the Customer will be notified and any amount paid will be refunded.

6. Shipping, delivery times and delivery

Free home delivery on orders over €60 within mainland Spain (excluding tennis/padel ball boxes and shipments abroad or to the islands); free delivery to physical stores with no minimum purchase. Order preparation takes 1–2 business days; the shipping time is counted from the moment the order is received by the carrier. Any customs charges, where applicable, are borne by the Customer.

If delivery fails due to a cause attributable to the carrier, THE COMPANY will cover the cost of the first re-delivery; if the carrier acted correctly, the re-delivery cost will be borne by the Customer. Any visible defect or error in the goods must be reported to info@tenisworldpadel.com within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Order cancellation

The Customer may cancel their order at no cost as long as it has not yet been handed over to the carrier, or when a product is permanently out of stock, or when the estimated delivery time has been exceeded without confirmation of imminent restocking. All cancellations must be requested by email to info@tenisworldpadel.com and will be confirmed by THE COMPANY via email; without this confirmation, the cancellation will not be considered effective.

8. Legal warranty

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users), as amended by Law 3/2021, products carry a 3-year legal warranty from the date of delivery. During the first year, any lack of conformity is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.

To make a warranty claim, the Customer must email info@tenisworldpadel.com with photographs of the defect. If a technical assessment is required, the item will be collected by our courier and, if a defect is confirmed, the shipping costs will be refunded.

Padel rackets: the manufacturer's warranty covers manufacturing defects only, and never impacts or misuse. It is essential to keep the manufacturer's authenticity document/code together with the proof of purchase; without it, the warranty will not be valid.

9. Right of withdrawal

The Customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase without justification, in accordance with Article 102 et seq. of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. To exercise this right, the Customer may:

• Use the online withdrawal function provided here, in accordance with Article 11a of Directive (EU) 2023/2673.
• Send an unambiguous communication to info@tenisworldpadel.com stating the order number.

Excluded from the right of withdrawal are personalized products or products made to the Customer's specifications, products that for hygiene or other reasons cannot be returned, and digital files downloaded with the Customer's express consent to waive the right of withdrawal.

THE COMPANY will refund all amounts paid, including standard delivery charges, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from being informed of the decision to withdraw, and may withhold the refund until the product is received or proof of its return is provided.

10. Exchanges and returns (commercial policy)

In addition to the statutory withdrawal right, THE COMPANY offers a commercial period of 30 calendar days from receipt for returns or size exchanges (first size exchange free of charge, provided no promotion has been applied), provided the product is unused, in its original condition, with original packaging, tags and accessories. Refunds are processed within 7 to 15 business days from validation of the returned product.

For international returns (non-EU countries), return shipping costs and customs duties are borne by the Customer; THE COMPANY will refund the product price, excluding shipping costs, once its good condition has been verified.

11. VAT refund (Tax Free)

Customers residing outside the EU or in the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla may request a VAT refund on purchases shipped to mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands, provided these are documented through the corresponding electronic refund document (DER) and the goods leave Spanish territory within a maximum of 3 months from delivery.

12. Obligations of the parties

The Customer agrees to read and comply with these terms and to pay the agreed price. THE COMPANY agrees to deliver the product in good condition and to honor the agreed price, except in the case of an obvious typographical or technical error, in which case it may cancel the order.

13. Data protection

The processing of the Customer's personal data is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights. [Link to the full Privacy Policy here.]

14. Applicable law

These terms are governed by current Spanish legislation, in particular: the Civil Code; Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users; Law 7/1998 on General Contracting Terms; Law 7/1996 on Retail Trade Regulation; Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce; and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Organic Law 3/2018 on data protection.

15. Complaints and validity of clauses

Any complaint may be sent to info@tenisworldpadel.com or by letter to WTPADEL, S.L. – C/ Camino de Villaviciosa, 8, 28600 Navalcarnero, Madrid (Spain). The Customer may also contact the consumer affairs office of their local area or autonomous region, or the European Online Dispute Resolution platform. The invalidity of any clause shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the contract.

16. PROMOTIONAL SALES CAMPAIGNS

5% Welcome Coupon Promotion Terms

"Welcome" discount coupon worth 5% off (newsletter pop-up or "welcome discount" landing page form).

This coupon can be used once per user (one use per account used to sign up for the newsletter), so it may only be applied to the first purchase by people subscribing to our newsletter for the first time, using the email address with which they originally subscribed — regardless of whether they had previously made a purchase as a guest or registered customer before subscribing (loyalty groups, e.g. PADEL VIP CUSTOMERS, are excluded from this promotion). It is therefore a requirement to be subscribed to our newsletter at the time of purchase.

Valid for all products except tennis/padel ball boxes and promotional items such as outlet or sale products.

Cannot be combined with other discount coupons.

For the coupon to be valid, the order must total more than €75 in products not excluded as listed above.

Terms of the "SUMMER SALE 2026" Promotion

1. Scope of application

The SUMMER SALE 2026 promotion is valid exclusively for purchases made on www.tenisworldpadel.com during the stated validity period.

Tennis balls, padel balls, strings, and products that are part of other expressly identified incompatible promotions are excluded from this promotion.

Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these terms and of the General Terms and Conditions of Contract published on the website.

2. Validity period

The promotion is valid from June 29, 2026 to July 31, 2026, inclusive.

3. Discount

An additional 20% discount will be applied, already included in the displayed price of participating products, so no promotional code is required.

Some items may reach discounts of over 60%.

This promotion cannot be combined with discount coupons, loyalty discounts, commercial agreements, club promotions, or other active promotions, unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Reference price

Where a previous price is shown alongside the discounted price, it will correspond to the lowest price applied to the product during the 30 days prior to the start of the promotion, in accordance with current regulations.

5. Stock

The promotion is subject to stock availability and may end for certain products once stock runs out.

6. Errors

In the event of obvious typographical, technical or material errors in prices, discounts or product specifications, Tenis World Padel may correct them, notifying the customer, who may then confirm the order under the correct terms or cancel it with a full refund of amounts paid.

7. Changes to the promotion

Tenis World Padel may modify or end the promotion for justified reasons, without affecting orders correctly confirmed beforehand.

8. Exchanges, returns and refunds

Purchases made during this campaign will be governed by the online store's General Terms and Conditions of Contract.

In the event of a return, the amount refunded will be the amount actually paid by the customer, and may not exceed that amount.

9. Applicable law

This promotion is governed by current Spanish legislation on consumers and users.

Promotion valid until July 31, 2026, or while stocks of participating products last, whichever occurs first.
