  1. Free access and use of the web site.

    The provision of the Services, by TENISWORLDPADEL, is free for Users. However, some of the Services provided by TENISWORLDPADEL or third parties through the Web are subject to payment of a price in the manner determined in the relevant Special Conditions.

In general, the provision of the Services does not require prior subscription or registration of Users. However, TENISWORLDPADEL recommends such registration to expedite future purchases, since the data will be filled in by default.   11. k) - In any way undermines the credit of TENISWORLDPADEL or third parties;
  12. l) - Infringes the regulations on secrecy of communications;
  13. m) - Constitutes, where appropriate, illegal, misleading or unfair advertising and, in general, constitutes unfair competition;
  14. n) - Incorporates viruses or other physical or electronic elements that may damage or impede the normal operation of the network, system or computer equipment (hardware and software) of TENISWORLDPADEL or third parties or that may damage electronic documents and files stored on such computer equipment;
  15. o) - Causes by its characteristics (such as format, extension, etc.) difficulties in the normal operation of the Service;
